I'm sitting in our Hilleberg tent on a cold day in Patagonia. We have been blasted by rain and wind for the past 12 hours and it continues....

A sign of growth: It's pouring rain, freezing cold, everything is damp or wet, and I couldn't be happier. I'm loving this lifestyle so much. I can't even think about home because I'm so 100% here mentally. I think yesterday during our hike to this saddle was the first day I didn't think about home once.

We just had a knot class in our tent with Javier and now we are making hot water for maté and coco in the vestibule. Our plan this afternoon is to read, sleep, and play cards. It's kind of fun to hunker down for a day.
